    Redye hair after dying it
I highlighted my hair 24 hours ago but the color is too brassy red. When can I dye my hair again without damaging it? What products should I use for the redying of my hair so I don't damage my long hair?

Need to correct hair color ASAP:confused:

You can re-color your hair right away if it's in good condition. I recommend using a green-base "ash" hair color over the highlights to neutralize the red tones. Choose an ash color that is close to your original color. Leave on for only 10 minutes, then rinse it out.

My hair is naturally blonde and I decided to dye it slightly darker so it was a dark blonde/light brownish. I used a non-permanent dye that said it would wash out in 28 shampoos.
