    Estate legalities
    I find this very difficult to even begin to discuss. My wife is very ill... late stages of cancer. Second time diagnosed in three years. Just keeps moving around. I know, and she knows, she is on borrowed time. We just don't know when. We have our own home and have recently re-financed. My fear is this: for various reasons the mortgage is in her name only. Will this become an issue if we lose this valuable person, the best person I've ever met, before we get a chance to contact legal advise?

    Is your name on the property ? But you need to arrange this though an attonrey ASAP so there is no problem
