    Associations dilemma
Hello, I'm encountering a problem with a Condo Association. They have denied my application because of a minor charge of possession of alcohol that still appears on my record from 9 years ago. These charges have been dropped/abandoned. I am now 28 years old, and going through this mission. If you have any advise please let me know thanks.

You need to go back to the court and get a letter stating the charges were dropped. But the Condo assoc still doesn't have to approve you. Read the by-laws. Often such associations have wide discretionary powers in refusing owners.
