This is part of a national lawfare movement to demonize and criminalize crisis centers

Note the ad was not from Planned Parenthood .It was an ad sponsored and paid for by the people of Massachusetts ' Dept of Public Health .

What exactly are they doing wrong ? Letting women there are alternatives to killing babies ? That's criminal ?

They are accused of posing as medical facilities while refusing to apprise women of all their options, as though the testing or ultrasound services aren’t real, or as though the women who go to them are unaware that they can have an abortion elsewhere.

Their campaign against them is intimidation and defamation. This is taxpayer dollars being used to shut down a business that is NOT illegal.

May she mobilized at least 16 other state AGs in her campaign.

They falsely say that these centers warn women of mental-health consequences of abortion, yet fail to present any evidence of a link between abortion and mental disorder.

This study by the British Journal of Psychiatry found abortion was associated with a 30 percent increase in mental-health disorders, and that “there were no consistent associations between other pregnancy outcomes and mental health.”
