Lawfare .... Be careful what you wish for
One of the rally cries by the Trump crowd in 2016 about his opponent Evita Clinton was "Lock her up" Well Trump won and that is as far as it went .

Trump was questioned about that on Fox and Friends. Why did he not go after her . Clearly the DOJ had the goods on her. James Comey said she had committed crimes .Then he used prosecutorial discretion to not charge her.

Trump replied ."I could have done it. But I felt it would have been a terrible thing. And then this happened to me. And, so I may feel differently about it."

All the headlines are focusing on Trump denying he chanted with the crowd. They are missing the big picture.
Trump's team is counting the ways they can charge all of his opponents who have used the Justice Dept against him for political purposes.

They may lock Trump up .They already have locked up 2 of his top aides. They have destroyed others to get to him. Bragg is going to put Steve Bannon on trial this fall.

Have they violated his 4th and 14th amendment rights ? Yes. Have they violated Federal law in doing so ? Yes Have they conspired to deny him rights ? Yes

    Title 18, U.S.C., Section 241 - Conspiracy Against Rights

This statute makes it unlawful for two or more persons to conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person of any state, territory or district in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him/her by the Constitution or the laws of the United States, (or because of his/her having exercised the same).
It further makes it unlawful for two or more persons to go in disguise on the highway or on the premises of another with the intent to prevent or hinder his/her free exercise or enjoyment of any rights so secured.
Punishment varies from a fine or imprisonment of up to ten years, or both; and if death results, or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years, or for life, or may be sentenced to death.
This is one of the statutes they have used against Trump in the DC case.

I'd say Bragg ,Jack Smith , Fani Willis ;Quid Pro Joe et al better pray Trump is not elected .
