    Appealing the denial of lifting a personal protection order
    After you appeal a personal protection order , is there a higher court you can appeal to?

    Probably. Depends, of course, on which state you are in for the specific appellate court.

    But the bigger question is whether you have grounds for appeal. Did the judge indicate why the order was denied?
