    How to appeal a personal protection order
    I was served a personal protection order against myself with false judgement of threats of violence. Which the written statement from the person filling the judgement gave false statement. How do I appeal this judgement with the circuit court? EMAIL REMOVED FOR PRIVACY

    A personal protection order states that you are not go near the person under protection. If someone doesn't want you near them, then stay away.

    If you want to appeal the order to have it removed from your record, then get an attorney and file to vacate the order.
