    Two Felons Wanting To Marry
    My fiancé and I will both be done with time March 1 2016 we want to marrying can our probation officers keep us from doing so.

    How long will you be on parole? If the terms of your parole specifically state that you cannot be in the company of another felon you cannot get married.

    Yes, they can, often terms of parole or probation is no contact with another ex felon. They can even stop you from dating, seeing each other or even being together.

    So their and you PO both will have to give written permission.
