    Mobile home madness
    I have finally made last payment on my mobile home, I'm now having trouble getting the owner to get me the title signed and notarized, it sits in a mobile home park where I live and have paid lot rent for 2 yrs also. Can I contact the tax commission since last 2 years of taxes haven't been paid pay them in full and optain ownership? Or what's my options

    No, you can't just pay the taxes to get ownership. You can sue the owner based on your contract for all the money that has been paid.

    What taxes are due? The property taxes should be paid by the owner of the mobile home park.

    What proof do you have of purchasing the home? Is there a contract of sale? What proof doo you have that you paid it in full?

    Any question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area. In most cases, a mobile home is registered with the state DMV, not as real property.
