I have finally made last payment on my mobile home, I'm now having trouble getting the owner to get me the title signed and notarized, it sits in a mobile home park where I live and have paid lot rent for 2 yrs also. Can I contact the tax commission since last 2 years of taxes haven't been paid pay them in full and optain ownership? Or what's my options

No, you can't just pay the taxes to get ownership. You can sue the owner based on your contract for all the money that has been paid.
