Hi,

Please help with this question:
I applied for an ITIN for my spouse and alongwith my federal returns (through H&R block). The amount of refund shown was less than what different online softwares were showing. They told me that once I get the ITIN, I have to send in one more form to IRS to get the rest of the money.
Could you please advise what form needs to be sent and if there is anything else that would be required.

There should be no ONE MORE FORM. This is typical H&R Block incompetence when it comes to non-resident alien returns.

I suspect H&R Block diverted part of your refund, and you probably authorized it by signing one of their very confusing forms.
