    Custody of unborn
I'm 22 and in the middle of getting my marriage annulled due to fraud on my husbands behalf. I am also 6 months pregnant. Can he fight me for custody before my child is born? I want to get sole custody, but I'm not sure if I need to wait till the baby is here.

If you are happy for him to have access to baby when it is born, it is better to try to negotiate something between the two of you before baby is born. If you are trying to stop him from all contact with the baby, but he wants contact, I would imagine it will not be so easy. Best to speak to your lawyer, they can talk you through the whole process.

I would want sole custody, but visitation under my watch would be okay. He is not a good man, he does drugs, lied to me for over a year about who he was, and his criminal past. Even now he has a warrant out for his arrest. That is the 5th one in 6 months.

Well first you normally will have to wait till the baby is born, but you should get an attorney to have the paperwork ready.

As for as visitation, you may want it under your watch, but don't count on it, maybe for the first few visits, but if you get supervised it may be under the children services supervision while he visits, but you will have to prove to the court that he is a threat to the child and the judge will be the one to decide what level and how much visitation he will get, and that can always go back to court to be altered.

The warratns and crminal may allow him to be on supervised visitation, but again it is up to the courts.
