    Heating system / Thermostat Problem...
Hello - I want to call in an expert, but not sure if I need an electrician or a HVAC tech...
When my thermostat gets to the desired temperature, it won't maintain it... Thermostat clicks on and off and the heating system sounds like its trying to start, but doesn't and the pipes make clinking noises...
Sometimes when I put the thermostat below room temperature and then raise it above room temperature, it will kick in... buts its very erratic...
Both heating system and thermostat are less than 3 years old w fresh batteries... Help! Who do I call?
