I have a Breathalyzer in my car, I need to go to re hab, will I still need to pay for the remaining time on my commitment on having it in my car? I will not be driving it.

As near as I can figure, you are asking about rental payments you are required to make to have the breathalyzer in your car. You should review the rental agreement to see if you can terminate the agreement and return the device.

Not driving it is your choice... they had a requirement that you have it installed for a certain period. Unless you sold the car... you will be required to have it. Because while YOU say you won't be using it. The possibility that you otherwise would or even could remains. And that's the possibility the legal system believes will be the case.

This will depend on the contract you have with the company that provides the machine. If you are merely paying month to month, and your PO says it is OK to take it off.
