    How do you go about applying for a lost title on a mobile home
    The mobile home title was lost before we legally signed it. It's still in the other person's name. We can't get in touch with that person. What's the legal process to apply for new title? I'm about to sell the mobile home.

    Do you have a bill of sale or any proof of purchase? Generally mobile home titles are handled by the DMV similar to car titles. So you would probably need to contact your local DMV.
