Bought an older mobile home from elderly lady who signed of on the title {no leins} the title never got changed over because it was lost now the seller has past away. I'm selling it and need a title?? ASAP

Selling a mobile that after purchasing he title never got changed over to me because though she signed off on it but it's lost. Now original owner is deceased.

You have to talk to the DMV about getting a new title.

You can do a title search through a title company, local/state government department of motor vehicles office for a duplicate registration/title.
