    Cooling Issue/two way dampener
I have a two way heating/cooking system with a honeywell direct coupled actuator ml6161A2009. My upstairs is not cooling. The actuator itself appears to be working, I can see it and hear it actuate, however, I don't think it is. What should the indicator read when it is open or better, what position should the two indicators be at when it is working correctly? The one is a degree indicator, 15-90 degrees it looks like.
