The last owner put a 2' pvc pipe into a 4" cast iron opening -- it looks like they just filled the opening with plumbers putty - i am looking to repair it properly - what can I use to go into the cast iron 4"opening to reduce it to 2" opening which I can then attach 3? Thank you
