Hello, so I was on birth control for about 7 days and the seventh day I ran out. That night I had protected sex, but I remember before he put the condom on he was swinging it around and I felt something wet on my inner thigh. The next day(Friday) I started bleeding, and Saturday and Sunday it was heavy, but ended Monday. It has been three weeks since I've had sex and I noticed two weeks ago I started cramping in my lower abdominals. They feel like period cramps but I'm worried I'm pregnant. Please help me!

If you had just started birth control pills, and didn't continue, it has likely thrown your cycle off. Certainly pregnancy can be possible simply because you had sex.

You can always try a pregnancy test, and if negative, see what happens for this month with your period.

For future reference, to obtain the fullest protection a condom can provide, it needs to be on before any penetration at all and there can be no further penetration once the condom has been removed.
