    Cramping after period.
    On December 23 I had sex, then on the first my period started normal but only lasted for 4 days.. And now I'm having cramping and I've been nauseated and am not eating as much. Also I have been getting headaches and lower back aches.

    You will have to wait to see if your next period comes as expected before testing using first morning urine.
