    Many women have dark inner thighs, and there is nothing you can do about it.
    Blackheads are dirt trapped in hair follicles, and can be stopped with plenty of mild soap and water, and a scrubbing pad for the skin. Keep dry. Air out your thighs often (sitting around the house naked if you can). A little baby powder or cornstarch each time you wash, after you dry well and air out for a while.
