I have blackheads on my inner thighs that gets swollen and hard and feels like boils
I have so bumps on my inner thigh that gets swollen and hard some actually have white heads and can be squeezed but become painful and swollen after squeezing if left alone the do disappear but they leave some sightly awful dark spots which I can't seem to get rid of I have tried using skin lightening creams and body scrubs to get rid of the black heads but they don't seem to work

My Knee feels swollen looks normal, does not hurt except tightens as it bends, no problem running or walking or standing. Swollen feeling reduces after days of rest and returns with every workout( mostly running )
