It's sung by a man in his early 20's singing about his relationship. In the video there is a guy with clown makeup on, he washes it off. Then he finds a note from his girl saying she's leaving him, he cries and the tears reveal more clown makeup underneath his skin. Kind of an R&B song and possibly from Canada.
