Music video in late 90's to early 2000's with a wrecking ball

Hi, I'm trying to remember a music video that I saw around this period.
From memory I watched it on the Australian music program Rage, and it was consistently at the lower end of their lists.
The music video contained-
- a wrecking ball
- scrap cars
- some woman swinging on the ball and or/ trying to be tough

I don't think it was a good song, but nonetheless I want to remember it because it is driving me mad.
