    Power issue to downlight
    Hi guys,

I have been insulating my roof and removed the down light cable from a clipsal 413np plug to plug a vacuum in. The vac worked for a couple of seconds before stopping, I re-plugged the downlight back in (2 on the one switch) and they flickered before they stopped working. I then plugged one down light into a power lead and it worked. Does the 413NP plug have a hidden fuse? All other electrics still work .

I appreciate any advise you can give.

    Thanks Dave

I would help to tell us your location. Most here are in the US but there are folks who can help if you are not, which I assume.
