    Course Anxiety
Hi, I am struggling with a cell biology course which I am retaking, I get anxiety just thinking about it, I feel like it is actually preventing me from doing well in the course because it leads me to avoid thinking/doing my assignments. The course is very high pressure, it seems like to me anyway, the labs are time restricted, if you don't have time to get it done then that's your fault you get a zero, lots of responsibility figuring things out on your own. I know these are good lessons and all but it makes me feel unfit, it seems like everyone else is managing fine, makes me feel like it's me whose just dumb and the course is not that hard for everyone else even though it is a class that is known to be difficult but somehow I know people who managed to pass it whom I would consider worse students than me, maybe its just some aspects of this course that just don't suit me. Anyway, any tips to get over this anxiety would be really helpful :)
(I just feel like a lost child needing my hand held, not being able to figure things out on my own in this course, it annoys me)

Take time and talk to other students who have passed it. Ask for their advice.
Talk to the professor and tell them your concerns and ask for advice.

As mentioned above, talk to former students. I'd see if former or current students are available to study with you or even tutor you. If you can't pay them, see if you can help them in one of their classes or run an errand. Get help before you fail again.
