If you bring her right into the bathtub and wash her first with tomatoe juice, which dispels the scent, then with dog shampoo, your house will not smell like skunk.
We have all had to deal with this at one time or other.
Clete means a place where they wash dogs, a dog groomer.
Yes, I think he means skunk

Cannot bring her in. She is an outside dog and I do not want to make her sick

In every one of your posts to us with questions, you ask, and when you get good suggestions or answers you set up roadlblocks. Yes, so how would bringing her in make her sick ? You initial said you didn't want to bring her in because it would make the house smell, but you still have to wash her to remove the skunk odor, don't you ?
Take her to a dog groomer then.
Are you a man or a woman, by the way ?

You give her a bath and let her dry and warm up inside before you let her outside.
Where I live it is very cold and this could be considered cruelty to animals.

No, it doesn't matter to us or our question, if you are man or woman, I just wondered.
There is no way to clean her up without giving her a bath. And, where I come from it is very cold and will be colder soon. My dog stays inside like any other person who cares about their pets. I bet she is on a chain as well.

There is no way to do it without giving her a bath. I'm not sure why you thought there was. Wouldn't you bathe if you were stinky? Same with our pets.
You are not a "dumb idiot." You just seem to be confused.
Now, giving her a bath will depend on the temperature in your location. If you are in the deep south, such as Georgia for example, it shouldn't be a problem. However, if you are in Kansas, where winter is in full swing, that would be a different story. If you are in a place like Kansas or Oklahoma, for example, this should not be an outdoor dog and should be inside during the winter.
I do wonder though, if you can't afford a simple set of bed sheets, how do you afford a dog? They need food and regular vet checkups. https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/other-...lp-802663.html
As a pet owner myself, it disturbs me that this dog is being kept outside during one of the coldest winters we are expected to have. If you can't take care of it properly, you should consider surrendering it to someone who can.

The dog needs a bath. It also needs shelter. If it is too cold to bathe your dog outside, it is also too cold to keep the dog outside. Bring him in, give him a bath (there are products at pet stores that work better than tomato juice - ask at the store.) Then keep the dog inside for the winter.

No, you are not a dumb idiot, I rather like you. What country you are living in ? These are questions we ask anyone, so don't be surprised.
Have a good day !
I have never found anything that works better then tomato juice and have done it several times over the years. It is also cheaper then products that promise to get rid of the stink.
I live in rural eastern ontario, so dogs getting skunked is very common.

If you can't afford to bathe your dog, then you can't afford a dog.
If it's too cold for you, it's too cold for the dog. How are you feeding this poor dog? Why is this dog sequestered to the outdoors?

Shrunk Liner
[ 1 Answers ]
We just recently bough a house with a pool that was more like a pond with ducks and frogs living in it. Well instead of treating the water we desided to drain it not knowing it was going to shrink. Is there any way to possibly save this liner? Any suggestions would be great.
