    uterine fibroides
    If I am pregnant do uterine fibroides affect the baby and does it make my pregnancy high risk???

    You cant chat here with anyone. We do not have a gyno. I don't think it says that anywhere on this site. We do have a nurse and a midwife who will probably answer your questions, but don't you think you should have your own doctor ?

    Most likely they won't be a problem, but your doctor or midwife will keep an eye out for any changes. There is an increased risk for a few different concerns either in early pregnancy or later in pregnancy and at delivery, but again you will be monitored.

    As tickle said, do speak to your own doctor as they will know the size and location, and how likely a concern there may be, if any.
