Okay, so I am 23 years old and I am married with two kids! One from my previous relationship and another from my husbands! We decided last year sometime to have another child and it has been hard! We have had two miscarriages in 8 months. I have been keeping track of my days. I want to have another baby so that's leads me to this question... I had my cycle from September 10, 2014 to September 14,2014 and it was much lighter than usual(not as heavy). About six days later sept. 21,2014 I was spottomg for about 2 days(maybe a Lil less). Pink and just enough to see when I wipe. No pains! About a day or two after I've have these horrible headaches and nausea in the late evenings! I guess my question is could I be pregnant or do I just want this so much! Im to afraid to take a hpt right now.

It could certainly be due to pregnancy, but of course, it may be an illness causing it as well. It may also be from ovulation. If the discomforts continue, and with the history of two prior miscarriages, I would see your doctor about having a blood test done which would pick up a pregnancy sooner than a urine test. If you are pregnant, they may decide to do some additional blood work due to the previous miscarriages.
