    First Violation of Probation medical reasons not reporting
    I missed reporting to probation for three months because I had vavle replacment on my heart I have a warrant now what to do Im scared

    What you do is you contact your attorney. Your attorney then can subpoena your medical records as proof to your health condition.

    Three months is a rather long time to recover from valve replacement though. I know an 80 year old woman who recovered in about 1 month.

    You did not notify, or have a family member notify probation?

    How many times did you call them,

    How long in hospital? You never left the house in 3 months, except doctors?

    But, now. Hire an attorney, to make arrangements for you to turn yourself in and deal with this and you will have a hearing in front of the judge.
