What you do is you contact your attorney. Your attorney then can subpoena your medical records as proof to your health condition.

Three months is a rather long time to recover from valve replacement though. I know an 80 year old woman who recovered in about 1 month.

You did not notify, or have a family member notify probation?

How many times did you call them,

How long in hospital? You never left the house in 3 months, except doctors?

But, now. Hire an attorney, to make arrangements for you to turn yourself in and deal with this and you will have a hearing in front of the judge.
