    Help sonata 2001 2.4l l4
Hi first I will thank in advance for the help
Well I have a sonata 2001 4 cil. 2.4 automatic and my problem is that for a few months now I have spent a lot of money on repairs now more that just get it working it becomes personal with that car

OK Here is, right now the ecu only shows 2 codes p01520 which tells me that ecu cannot measure the voltage output from the alternator and p0102 maf circuit low input before that I was having like 10 codes but only those 2 remain

    Symptoms
    1. on idle the car seems to be struggling to stay on, the rpm gauge show almost an steady reading but on the electronic rpm screen shows between 750 - 890 rpm with the engine warm and on cold between 850 - 1100 rpm always fluctuating between those numbers

    2. on cold the car is running almost fine when it warms up is like if you where pulling 3 cars with 1 engine the lack of power is more than just a few hp I can barely use it , it takes me like 10 seconds from 0-20 mph only when I stop using it for a few hours when the engine gets cold again the power is back and still not 100% what I noticed so far is that when this issue starts I get black smoke from the tailpipe and the mpg goes insanely low like 6 mpg.
Also the scanner tool shows me 0.02 g/s on maf sensor all the time, only if I step the pedal to the floor will give me like 30 g/s but decrease again 1/2 second later even if I keep accelerating and adv time -7 idle and accelerating up to 7 is this reading on the time normal.

What I have done so far

    1. Change fuel pump
    2. Change MAF sensor
    3. Change spark plugs
    4. Change Spark coils
    5. Change spark plug wires
    7. Change EGR valve
    8. Service Intake manifold
    9. Change ECT sensor
    10.Change Catalytic converter

compression in the cylinders is 150 on 2 and 145 on the other 2 already take apart the engine and everything is fine no water in the oil no oil consumption or anything

What do you think that could be causing this.

On MAF Sensor Circuit Low Input situations, I would focus on the connector and electrical harness. It's common for these items to have to be replaced and spliced into the old harness. MAF Sensors are incredibly sensitive and must be working properly--I've seen engines die unexpectedly and barely run, due to bad sensors and poor connectors.
