    My sewer line from my house is 4" below the city main. How do I fix?
    My plumber is saying the only solution is to blast a hole in my basement floor and put in a sump pump. Is this correct or is there another solution?

    "4"" want to take another shot at that?? How old is the home and when did you start having trouble, this does not sound right so fa.

    What's " 4"? Are you saying that your house has never been able to drain? Please explain. Back to you, Tom
