    Intermittent pain left side of belly button triangular to left side.
    Pain goes for stabbing to intermittent pain to mid to lower left side

    Do we really have to list all the attributes you have neglected to mention, starting with GENDER, AGE, weight, general health, medical history, and so on?
    This is why most people really should just see a doctor in person.
    Women are often given ultrasound of their ovary on the side that hurts.
    I'm a woman, and it turns out that my left side pain was actually my sacral nerve on one side. The nerve wraps around to the front. Took me over 30 years to find this out.
