    Hi,
    If you have the bolt out and the wires unplugged and nothing, it is probably rusted to the shaft from years of just being there alone. The truly best I have seen was made by Momar Lubricants, I think, and was called Nutcracker. It is non-flammable and has a sweet smell. It is marketed under some other names, like Larch and Lawson and maybe Kimball Midwest. At any rate look at the linked page at penetrating oil - Original Nutcracker Formula:
    Keltner :: Aerosols
    Probably a bit expensive, but spray it above the clutch on the crank generously and give it a few minutes to do its stuff. Usually after allowing it to soak in, two or three blows diectly upward on the clutch (deck removed) and don't let fall and hit you in the head. Some people I know leave the wires plugged up so that it fall down and swings to the side.
    Peace,
    Clarke

    Huh,
    A Deere 111 has an 11 HP Briggs, a 108 has the 8 HP engine.
    Peace,
    Clarke

Ok, a little info first. I bought an old JD 111 with a bad motor. I then bought an old Cenex rider with a new motor for the engine. The 111 was originally an 11 hp Briggs and the Cenex had a 12 hp Briggs. The swap was far more involved than first believed, but it is done. My question is this....
