    Old freezer model #106.629440. How do you pull the door, wires through hinge?
    Old freezer model #106.629440 was just given to us. Need to pull the door to move. How, with wires through the bottom hinge?

    You will have to take off inner lining of door to get to the wires and then seal it back up with GE Clear Silicone caulk when you put it back. Why do you need to pull the door? On newer refrigerators with no latch there is no safety reason to pull these doors.
