New 4ton 16seer take a while to cycle off
I just had new rheem 16 seer 4ton installed the other day and it takes forever to cycle off. It take a long time to drop the temp in the house 2 dep. I took a temp reading out of several air drops, and it only putting out 60-63 deg air. My unit has a TEV. Can someone please give me some advice

I am in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. I just received a quote of 16k to install a 4ton system. I believe this is a bit high. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you.

Starter solenoid keeps going out-overheats and quits working. Know this means too much voltage to the solenoid, what needs adjusted/replaced now? Have replaced voltage regulator, plug wires, battery, rotor & points. Help
