I just had new rheem 16 seer 4ton installed the other day and it takes forever to cycle off. It take a long time to drop the temp in the house 2 dep. I took a temp reading out of several air drops, and it only putting out 60-63 deg air. My unit has a TEV. Can someone please give me some advice
