Solicitor To Talk To On Line Now Live
I obtained a civil molestation order against my ex. He breached it and made a phonecall he was put on remand for six weeks. Its gone to Crown Court for trial. I have retracted my statement. I have told CPS I do not want to go to Court. They have summoned me for cross examination. I suffer from anxiety and have had panic attacked since I found out.
My ex and I are back together no-one knows.
    What can I do.
Do I get the molestation order dropped if so how?

My ex has a history with previous partners of domestic violence. The police appear to always want to arrest him for anything and everything

I'm at a bit of a loss why you are going back! He molested you and has previous domestic violence charges?? I'm sure he promised you he will never do it again. Maybe the police are more aware than you.

Did he or did he not molest you? You got the order, you started this ball rolling. Now, because he's wooed you somehow, you're back with him and want the charges you precipitated, dropped?

It's too late to take it all back, especially since he's done this before to others.

The police are charging him because you charged him with this crime. If it didn't happen, you lied to the court and filed a fraudulent police report. So did he or didn't he molest you? Why do you think he won't do it again? He has a record of doing this. What will it take for you to wake up?
