    I need to talk to a solicitor
    Do I need my exhusband's permission to sell my house? I lived here 30 yrs with my 1st husband. The 2nd ex was only here 7 yrs. His name is still on the deed.

    If there is someone else on the deed besides you, then yes they need to be part of any sale.
