I have been taking an antibiotic for respiratory and a prostitis. I have been taking this for 3 days now and I feel worse. I am now having chills and my temp is 95.4. Do I need to go to my doctor tomorrow? Or emergency room tonight?

With a temp of 95.4 you should be seen immediately.

I have to ask though, is this an oral temp? Axillary? Rectal? If oral, had you had anything to drink before taking the temp? Did you have a cigarette before taking the temp?

By the third day on antibiotics, you should be starting to feel better, not worse. I suggest you seek medical attention.
