My ice maker isn't working on a electrolux french door fridge.
I have a french door electrolux frdge model EI23bc60ks. Simply ice maker in the freezer with a bucket for ice to fall into. I think at least some water is coming through the fill valve but it's not releasing any ice cubes. Is it possible for the rake arm to get frozen into place. Especially if my freezer was left open recently and thawed quite a bit. If so, how would I fix it?

Your unit is made by Frigidaire. It could be that the harvest heater is bad. The ice maker has a heater at the bottom of the tray that warms it slightly when it's time to release the cubes. This could have gone bad, but also there are other things that could have also gone bad. You will have to use a meter to find out. Buy an easy to use digital multimeter at Home Depot, Lowe's, or Radio Shack. You can get a good one fairly cheap, but try to find one with auto-protection for the ohm meter function in case you accidentally put the leads on a voltage source. When you use the meter on "ohms" you have to have the appliance's power off and/or unplugged because the meter sends its own power through a circuit to see how much resistance is in the circuit, such as checking a fuse to see if it's open (blown) or good. Many meters have a fuse, but a very good meter has an auto-protection feature that keeps the voltage from harming the meter or blowing an expensive fuse. You should be able to fix it fairly easily. It's a simple ice maker.
