    I have ice maker can 13 for a ge fridge.
    Green light is on and I have checked the water intake and tthat is fine. When the icemaker comes on I get a sprtiz of water and a hiss of air but nothing else. It is the part where the water intake and the hose to the icemaker meet ?

    What does that mean? What is the water intake? What do you mean it is fine?

    It is the part where the water intake and the hose to the icemaker meet ?
    Sounds like you are talking about the water solenoid valve. That is the little electric valve that lets water in when the ice maker calls for water. Do you mean that you checked it and it is opening when the ice maker calls for water.

    Do you mean that you are not getting water out the water solenoid valve. Or do you mean you are not getting water out of the tube at the ice maker?
