1997 40 inch zero turn Ariens blowing fuses, blade always engaged
I have a 1997 40 inch zero turn Ariens that when I replaced the battery I knocked the wires to the blade clutch loose and when I reconnected them I must have crossed them. Now it's blowing fuses and the blade is engaged all the time. I even disconnected the switch to the blade clutch, and it is still engaged. When I sitch te wires back around it blows fuses, any ideas?

If you totally disconnect the clutch does the fuse still blow?
