    25a 250v curling iron
    I ordered a Miracurl Babyliss Nano Pro curling iron online and it came with a 25a 250v plug. Can an adapter be used to utilize a North American 110v outlet?

    The simple answer is no. If you take this unit with you to an electrical supply store you will see that they have an outlet to be used with it. The problem you have will be supplying power needed to run this unit, which is 25 amps at 250volts. It will not work on 110 volts.

    Where do you live? Are you sure it is not dual voltage and is missing a plug adapter?
