Me and my family are tired of being harassed by our neighbors kids who are 15,8,7,5. The 15 year old has already been kicked out of two schools in 1 year for bullying and fighting. We live in a apartment complex. They are calling us names, shooting plastic bbs at us when we walk outside, and yes even the plastic ones hurt. They light firecrackers and throw them at our door, they throw mud all over my car, keyed my car, tried to remove the tags off my car and I had to put my plate in my back window. They write nasty comments on my doors and windows, they called social services on me several times, bang on our doors and run, throw rocks at my windows, they push my oldest girl down and say there going to hump her and say nasty comments to her about something sexual.

Their parents don't do anything but laugh. They're allowed to use tobacco and drugs and alcohol. I've made complaint to the landlord but she is related to them so nothing happens just gets worse. I've called police but yet they don't do anything either. About 50% of people living here are related to the landlord. What can I do? I went out and got cameras but apparently that wasn't good enough.

Since you are surrounded by relatives then your only recourse will be to move. Right before you do get a restrainig order against them.

If calling a cop fails with the evidence you have, then you go see their boss, the chief, and complain in person. If that fails, YOU call social services, and make a formal complaint. If you live among such unruly people it may be worth it to leave.

It's a tough situation. If you have enough proof to get a restraining order I would try to do so.

I have a feeling though, that the landlord wants the apartment for another relative and is trying to get you to leave. You may be able to sue the landlord for an illegal eviction. I would see if you can find an attorney to give you a free consult.
