Theft Under 5000 From Employer. Breach of Trust. Under 18. Alberta.
Hi, I am under 18, and I committed theft under 5000 from my employer. First offence. Words cannot describe the shame and disappointment and embarrassment that I experienced and I regret every second of it. I threw my trust and integrity out the window when I did this. Will I be able to qualify for this "diversion program"? What is this diversion program? I'm 17, will I have a criminal record for the rest of my life? What are the potential charges that I will face? I live in Alberta.
