    Theft Under 5000 Alberta
I know this question has been asked a lot but I wanted answers to my personal case if anyone could help.

I was charged at the end of May with Theft under 5000. The cops came and gave me a court date and a date for fingerprints but on my sheet it says I go to court and go to the Case Management Office.. what does that mean? Do I still see the crown?
Also, I`m a first time offender so I`m most likely eligible for diversion right?
I plan on becoming a pharmacist too, did this screw up my chances? I feel so remorseful and stupid for what I did.
And lastly! I am planning a trip to mexico a week after my first court date, will that affect my ability to travel?

    Thanks so much in advance!

It sounds like it is set up for diverstion already, so you go and see if that is what they have in mind.

As long as you get the diversion program your career plans should be OK.
