    Non-custodial parent summer visitation
My divorce agreement does not specify if the 31 one days to be taken during summer can be consecutive or if there are to be breaks within the 31 one days so that I can see my child "3yrs". My ex is threatening to keep my son the whole 31 days without allown me to see him. I am really nervous because I do not believe it is in my sons best interest to be away that long. Any help would be appreciated.

You agreed that he will have his son for 31 days in the summer. Evidently you have also agreed when this visitation will begin. It follows that these days will be a continuous 31-day period. I don't think that you will be successful in going back to court to get this changed; there doesn't appear to be an changed circumstances. You are, instead, getting second thoughts on the subject. Leave it be.

The order says 31 days. It does not say 15 days in June and 16 days in August. Let it go. And keep in mind he isn't just your son he has two parents that want to see him. That is a good thing!

How often is his normal visits during the winter, is he getting the child one or two days each week ?

How close does the father live ?

But no, 30 days is actually a lot less than many get, Other factors play a role.

And why is it child best interest, I would think getting to know father would be best interest
