    Bath heater/fan htr-rev02-l
Light and exhaust fan works. Heater fan works but heater coil doesn't (no heat). Tested where htr plugs in and it has power. Tested continuity on 2 nuts from coil and seems to be fine, unless I tested it wrong. Any thoughts?

    Hi Bill

If all checks ok at this point I would pull the heater element and inspect every inch...suspect it is blown even though you are getting continuity. Here, I have seen these elements blow and then fuse back onto themselves...part is blown but can still give a weak continuity reading!

    Good luck!

I have the same problem, after inspecting it, I found one of the 2 thermofuses bad, (there is one on each side of the heating element)replaced it with a new one from Radio Shack, problem solved. But, it burned out again after two days :(
